Guaranteed quality of service
The aim of this document is to describe the services provided, their volumes and delivery rules, as well as quality criteria for the provision, in terms of both Contractor in the name of abc-server.com and Customer these services. SLA does not provide compensation for losses or foregone benefits.
The terms and definitions used in this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with their statement of the Treaty on the subscription service on the official web-server: abc-server.com including this Agreement, as well as in accordance with the laws or regulations applicable to the business turnover of the terms and definitions for similar services.
Emergency - unavailability of the Contractor's services caused by equipment failure, network engineering systems and infrastructure of the Contractor or its counterparties, including unauthorized adverse impact on these objects.

Standard Time routine maintenance (service) periods of time with 22:00 to 10:00 hours during weekends and public holidays from 23:00 to 09:00 on weekdays on Kiev time and according to the state of Ukraine calendar.
